一、学院简介 College profile
山东科技职业学院始建于1978年，隶属于山东省工业和信息化厅、教育厅双重领导，以省工业和信息化厅管理为主。2001年，学院独立升格为高职院校，2008年成为国家示范性高职院校，2019年被评为国家优质高职院校，教育部“双高计划”建设单位，是教育部组织认定的全国高等职业院校“教学管理50强”“学生管理50强”和“国际影响力50强”院校。
Founded in 1978, Shandong Vocational College of Science & Technology is attached to Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province and Shandong Education Department. It became a higher vocational college in 2001 and a national demonstration college in 2008. In 2019, It was rated as a national high-quality higher vocational college and a construction unit of the "Double High Plan" of the Ministry of Education. The college is ranked among the top 50 colleges, recognized by the Ministry of Education, in terms of teaching management, student management and international influence。
目前，学院拥有浮烟山、滨海两个校区，全日制在校生20490余人，开设纺织服装、国际教育、经济管理、智能制造、机械制造、建筑工程、生物与化学、信息工程、艺术传媒设计、汽车工程等9个专业群57个专业，其中有专业与本科高校实施“3+2”专本贯通培养4个。学院是山东省智能制造业公共实训基地、山东省博士后创新实践基地、山东省大学生创业孵化示范基地、山东省专业技术兵员储备基地、教育部国防教育先进单位、潍坊市志愿服务学院、省工业设计中心、省行业技术中心、中非国际人才培训机构、省制造业紧缺人才培训基地、省级职业技能培训鉴定基地、省基层管理人员培训基地。
Currently, we have two campuses, one at Fuyan Mountain and the other Binhai. We have 20490 students studying in our college. We have 9 departments, including Department of Textile and Garment, Department of International Education, Department of Economic Management, Department of Intelligent Manufacturing, Department of Mechanical Manufacturing, Department of Construction Engineering, Department of Biology and Chemistry, Department of Information Engineering, Department of Art and Media Design, and Department of Automotive Engineering. Of the 57 majors, there are four that have “3+2”programs with undergraduate universities. Our college is the Public Training Base for Intelligent Manufacturing Industry in Shandong Province, the Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base in Shandong Province, the College Students Entrepreneurship Incubation Demonstration Base in Shandong Province, the Professional and Technical Personnel Reserve Base, an Advanced Unit of National Defense, a volunteer service college of Wei Fang city, the Provincial Industrial Design Center, the Provincial Industry Technology Center, China-Africa International Talent Training Institution, the Training Base for Manufacturing Industry Talents in short supply, the Provincial Vocational Skills Training and Appraisal Base, the Provincial Grassroots Management Personnel Training Base.

Over the years, the college has always adhered to the development strategy of "pursuing quality and talents, promoting characteristics and governing according to law”. We have innovated the five-pronged talent cultiviting system that are “knowledge-imparting, skill-training, quality-developing, innovation and practice, and value-accumulating”. Taking talent training as the core, moral education as the root, service development as the purpose, promoting employment as the orientation, and the integration of industry and education as the path, we focus on building quality and forging vocational education brand.It has consolidated a school-running characteristics of "industry-education-research integrated, job-market-oriented cultivation, international and modernized school-running".
学院近年来主动服务国家“一带一路”倡议，建有东非（乌干达）国际学院，山东科技职业学院BSC教学工作站、山东科技职业学院歌尔越南培训中心，走在了全省高职院校前列。至今已与德国、澳大利亚等23个国家的158所院校和机构建立友好合作关系。积极引进国外优质教育资源，与德国北黑森应用技术大学、英国北安普顿大学等院校开展6个中外（鲁台）合作办学项目。创新开展长、短期“语言+专业”、“语言+技能”来华留学培养模式，培养了大批懂语言精技能外国留学生。截至目前学院共接收来自俄罗斯、乌兹别克斯坦、蒙古等35个国家的长短期来华留学生2500余名，80%以上来自于“一带一路”沿线国。2017年、2019年学院先后两次荣登“高等职业院校国际影响力50强”榜单。2018年-2020年学院连续三次获得“亚太职业院校影响力50强”荣誉称号。
学院是全国高职五所之一、山东高职唯一的国家海外考试中心，设有托福、GRE、韩语TOPIK、日语JLPT、英国剑桥BEC、国际IT等多个海外考点，为学生、社会人员参加海外考试提供服务。
In recent years, the college has actively served the national "Belt and Road" initiative, including East Africa (Uganda) International College, BSC teaching workstation of Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology, and Goer Vietnam Training Center of Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology, taking the forefront of higher vocational colleges in the province.So far, it has established friendly and cooperative relations with 132 universities and institutions in 19 countries including Germany and Australia.It has actively introduced high-quality foreign education resources, and carried out 6 Sino-foreign (Lutai) cooperation projects with the North Hessian University of Applied Technology and the University of Northampton and other universities.The college has innovated the long-term and short-term "language + major" and "language + skills" training modes to study in China, and trained a large number of foreign students with excellent language skills.Up to now, the college has received more than 2,500 short-term students from 35 countries in China, including Russia, Uzbekistan and Mongolia, more than 80% of whom are from countries along the Belt and Road route.In 2017 and 2019, the college was twice listed in the list of "Top 50 International Influence of Higher Vocational Colleges".From 2018 to 2020, the college has won the honorary title of "Top 50 Influential Vocational Colleges in the Asia-Pacific Region" for three consecutive times.
The college is one of the five higher vocational colleges in China and the only national overseas examination center in Shandong. It has several overseas examination centers, such as TOEFL, GRE, Korean TOPIK, Japanese JLPT, Cambridge BEC, international IT, providing services for students and social personnel to participate in overseas examinations.

Application guide for foreign student of SDVCST
（一）申请条件
1.年龄在18周岁到24周岁之间，持外国有效护照的非中国籍公民。
2.身心健康，符合《中华人民共和国出入境管理法》以及国家和我校规定的录取体检要求。患有严重慢性疾病、精神障碍、严重生理缺陷、不良行为嗜好、传染性肺结核病、性病或者有可能对公共卫生造成重大危害以及等其他传染病的，不予录取。
3.品行端正，愿意遵守中华人民共和国的法律法规及学校纪律，尊重中国人民风俗习惯，无违法犯罪记录。
4.具有高中毕业或以上学历。
5.申请人未曾来华(含旅游签)。
6.对于来自官方语言为非英语国家的来华留学生，申请英文授课专业学历学习的，需提供英语能力证明；申请中文授课专业学历学习的，汉语水平需达到HSK4级及以上水平，未能达到汉语水平的，可视情况要求学生汉语补习一年。对非学历生的语言水平不做硬性要求，但须确保来华留学生的语言能力能够适应专业学习的要求。
Requirement：
1. Non-Chinese citizens between the ages of 18 and 24 with a valid foreign passport.
2. In good physical and mental health, in line with the Entry and Exit Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the medical examination requirements stipulated by the State and our university. Those suffering from serious chronic diseases, mental disorders, serious physical defects, bad behaviors, infectious tuberculosis, venereal diseases, or other infectious diseases that may cause major harm to public health shall not be admitted.
3. Good conduct, willing to abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and school discipline, respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people, no criminal record.
4. With high school diploma or above.
5. The applicant has no experience in China.(Including tourism).
6. International students from countries whose official language is not English are required to provide proof of English ability if they apply to study in English courses. Students applying for majors taught in Chinese should reach HSK4 level or above. If they fail to reach this Chinese level, students are required to study Chinese for one year according to the circumstances. The language level of non-degree students is not mandatory, but the language ability of international students in China must be ensured to meet the requirements of professional learning.

8. The students who want to study majors need provide evidence of their English scores.
（三）申请流程 Application process
1. 联系工作人员获取正确招生信息。
2. 提交申请材料。

4. 申请者缴纳报名费用。
5. 发放录取通知书和202表。

（四）关于注册说明 About the registration instructions
我校在新生入学后1个月内对来华留学生的录取资格、学历证书、语言水平、健康状况等情况进行复查，复查合格的，予以注册，并给予办理居留手续。新生报到时必须提交学历和成绩等申请材料原件。
如我校复查发现新生存在以下情况的，将取消其学习资格:
1.弄虚作假，提供虚假学历证明、语言水平证明、体检报告、无犯罪记录证明、录取通知书等材料的；
2.明知不符合我校有关体检要求，但故意隐瞒自己真实健康状况的；
3.采用不正当手段取得录取资格的；
4.其他违反国家和学校来华留学生招生管理规定情形的。
对于入学复查不合格被取消学籍的来华留学生我校将要求其限期出境，并在离境后取消其202表。国际往返旅费由学生自理。
Our university will review the admission qualifications, academic certificates, language proficiency, health status and other conditions of international students within one month after enrollment. Those who pass the review will be registered and will be granted residence procedures. New students must submit original application materials such as academic qualifications and grades when they register.
If our school finds that freshmen have the following conditions, their study qualification will be canceled:
1. Resorting to fraud to provide false education certificates, language proficiency certificates, medical examination reports, no criminal record certificates, admission letters and other materials;
2. Knowing that they do not meet the relevant physical examination requirements of our school, but intentionally conceal their real health status;
3. Obtaining admission qualifications by improper means;
4. Other situations that violate the regulations of the State and the university on the management of enrollment of international students in China.
For the international students who fail to pass the admission review and have their school status canceled, the university will require them to leave the country within a time limit, and cancel their 202 form after leaving the country. Round-trip international travel expenses are borne by students.

缴费说明 Payment Instructions
1.报名费在递交申请材料时缴纳，一经缴纳，不予退还。
The registration fee will be paid when submitting the application materials, and will not be refunded.
2.第一学年的学费和住宿费在报到注册前一次性缴纳。
Tuition and accommodation fees for the first semester school year will be paid in a lump sum before registration.
3.我校实行全员保险制，保险费在报到注册时必须缴纳。
Our school implements the full insurance system, and the insurance premium must be paid at the time of registration.
4.国际生奖学金：5000元/年，从住宿费中扣除。
International student scholarship: RMB 5000 / year, deducted from accommodation fee.
5.专业学生在校表现优秀者第二年可继续申请国际生奖学金。
Major students who perform well at school can continue to apply international student scholarship in the second semester year.
6.经批准退学的来华留学生，在提交申请后学校可依据实际学习时间（已学习时间不足一个月的，按一个月计算）原则上按月进行学费、住宿费退费。存在以下情况的，学费和住宿费不予退还：
（1）触犯中国法律法规、违法违纪、情节恶劣、后果严重，被开除学籍的；
（2）因违反校纪校规被开除学籍或被退学处理的；
Approved international students who wish to withdraw from their studies can have their tuition and accommodation fees refunded based on the actual time of study (if less than one month, it will be calculated as one month). However, fees will not be refunded under the following circumstances:
(1) Violation of Chinese laws and regulations, illegal activities, severe misconduct, and serious consequences leading to expulsion;
(2) Expulsion or withdrawal due to violation of school rules and regulations.
体 检 说 明
EXPLANATION OF THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION
1.在华学习外国留学生，应按照“外国人体格检查记录”进行体格检查。体检表贴照片处， 应有医院印章，否则，视体检表无效。
1.The foreign students, who intend to study in China, should go through a physical check-up before they come to China, according to the requirements of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners. The hospital seal should be put across the photo on the Examination Record, or the Record is invalid.
2.体检表应填写清楚，体检报告应附有 X 光透视胸片及霍乱、黄热、鼠疫、麻风、性病、开放性肺结核、艾滋病、肝功能、澳抗和精神病的化验室检查报告。外国留学生到我校报到时，我们将体检表及化验室检查报告送至市检验检疫局查验。凡体检查验不合格者，需在市检验检疫局重新体检，费用自理。
2. All the items of this form should be filled in carefully and clearly. The report should be attached with the negative film for Chest X-ray exams, and the examination certificates for laboratory exams (Serodiagnosis), which include exams on Cholera, Yellow fever, Plague, Leprosy, Venereal Disease, Opening lung tuberculosis, AIDS, Psychosis, Liver function and HBsAG. On their arrival at college, the Record (an original copy) and laboratory exam certificates should be sent to Municipal Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for check. Those whose exam is not qualified should get the physical re-check up done in Weifang. The expenses should be covered by themselves.
3.体检表应在来华一个月前在公立医院进行，凡在私立医院体检者，应取得公证部门的公证。到达我校报到时，体检时间不得超过六个月，否则应在潍坊重新体检，费用自理。
3. The physical examination should be taken in the public hospitals one month before their departure, if the physical check-up is done at a private hospital, the student should get the certificate notarized. If the physical check-up is over 6 months old on the day of their registration, they should have re-checked up in Wei fang. The expenses should be covered by themselves.
4.体检表是办理入境签证及在华居留手续所需文件之一，留学生报到时，必须提交正本。
4. The Physical Examination Record is one of the documents that are needed in the process of going through the visa formalities. The students must bring the original copy along with them when they come to China.
